"Traveling" for me the real way of happiness.
In this busy world everyone wants their own time for themselves . And for this traveling is the best option.
Let me introduce a beautiful place which is may be unknown for someone but it's ethnicity will make you go for one day .
Hastinapura, described in Hindu texts such as the Mahabharata and the Puranas as the capital of the Kuru Kingdom, is also mentioned in ancient Jain texts. Hastinapur is located on the right bank of the Ganga river.
'HASTINAPUR' is a city in merrut district in Uttar Pradesh .
It is believed to be the birthplace of three Jain Tirthankaras
We went there in the morning during winters , and i think it's a good time to go there, so we firstly reached to the
Shri Shwetambar Jain Ashtapad Teerth
Maharaja Bharat Chakravarti built a palace on the spot in the Ashtapad mountains and decorated it with diamonds.
After this temple, we went to another temple namely,
Bada digambar Jain mandir
The temple complex has many other temples in it that are notable and definitely worth visiting. This temple is an important one for Jains and it is said that prayers here are always answered.
That's the thing which attractives more people who believe in god.
Then we went to ,
Jamudweep jain thirth
The architecture of these places of worship is quite interesting and attracts people who are interested in architecture, art and history.
This is the best place in the city to come for some quiet and peaceful time.
Another beautiful place there is ,
Kailash parvat
Kailash Parvat in Hastinapur is one of the oldest temples present in the Shri Digambar Jain Temple complex.
The architecture of the temple is magnificent and worth paying a visit.
And one more beauty of hastinapur is Kamal mandir .
Kamal Mandir, also known as the Lotus Temple is built in the vicinity of the amazing Jambudweep Temple .
The temple is set up in a beautiful place and there is a serene feel to the place when you enter.
Apart from these beautiful temples , there are many more to explore there like; hastinapur wildlife sanctuary, bhai dharam sing gurudwara, karan temple .
The city is visited by Hindus as well as Jain devotees and there are numerous tourist places to visit in Hastinapur.
So i hope whenever you come to uttarpradesh or nearby merrut you must go to visit this ancient city having lots of old temples and many more....
